Bologna Confirm Musa Barrow Has Covid-19, in Isolation

Bologna striker Musa Barrow has tested positive for COVID-19 and is in self-isolation.

Musa Barrow returned from The Gambia, on Monday in Casteldebole and underwent a molecular test. He tested positive for Covid-19. “As per the protocol, the local health authorities have been notified and the player has been placed in home isolation,” Musa Barrow’s club’s stated in a press release.

As per protocol, Barrow has been placed into self-isolation, the local authorities have been alerted and his teammates will continue testing regularly.

The 22-year-old Gambia international is now owned outright by Bologna, who spent EUR14.5m plus bonuses to purchase him from Atalanta.

During the loan spell last season, Barrow scored nine goals and provided 10 assists in 40 competitive appearances for Bologna.
