President Barrow receives congratulatory messages from World Leaders

State House, Banjul, 11th May 2021: His Excellency President Adama Barrow received congratulatory messages on the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan from world leaders including:

  • His Majesty King Salman Ben Abdel Aziz AL – SAUD – The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosque, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • His Highness Muhammed Bin Salman Bin Adel Aziz AL – SAUD – Crown Prince, Vice President of Cabinet and Minister of Defence, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tariq Al Said – Sultanate of Oman
  • His Majesty Jaber AL – Ahmad Al – Sabah – Emir of The State of Kuwait
  • His Highness Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jabar Al Sabah – Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait
  • His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan – President of the United Arab Emirates
  • His Highness Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum  – Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, President of the Council of Ministers and the Ruler of Dubai
  • His Highness Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan – Crown Prince and Supreme Vice Commander of the Armed Forces of the United Arab Emirates
  • His Excellency Mahmoud Abass – President of the State of Palestine, President of the Executive Commission of the P.L.O

On the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, President Adama Barrow also received a message of peace and prosperity from His Excellency Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Turkey. President Erdogan conveyed a message of solidarity, tolerance and brotherhood and prayed for President Barrow’s health and well-being, as well as the welfare of all Gambians.
