Covid-19: Gambia registers no new death

However, 19 new cases have been registered, taking the total number of COVID-19 cases ever confirmed in the country to 3,504. Nineteen new covid-19 patients have also recovered and got discharged.

No new person was taken in to quarantine, with no new people discharged.

The country currently has 10 persons in quarantine, 1,404 active cases and a crude case-fatality ratio of 3.1%.

Meanwhile, the Senegalese Ministry of Health yesterday recorded 26 new positive cases, taking its positive cases to14,714 with 11,260 recoveries, 302 deaths, 3,151 under treatment and 27 in serious condition.

The world has recorded 31,014,795 cases and 961,782 deaths.
