The West African Football Union Wafu Zone A, yesteday conducted the draw for its Under-17 championship that will take place in Thies, Senegal from Friday to 13 Feb.
The Gambia has been placed in Group A alongside host Senegal and Mauritania. Group B is made up of Sierra Leone, Guinea Bissau and Mali. The winner of the tournament, and the runner up will qualify for the next African Nations Cup in the U-17 category.
